So, my plan is to set up a fictional league starting in 1902 with the 30 team mlb set up of today (no minors, just reserve rosters). I want to have the "automatically import real historical rookies" on. My question is, what is the best way to set this up so that I have enough players to fill all rosters? Is there an option to top off the draft pool with fictional players since there will not be enough real players to fill all rosters in the first 50 or so years of the league?
