If you mistakenly deleted the OOTP add-ons server, you can get it back by selecting "Add Server" and entering the following:

http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/ootp/addons/ootp9.xml

You could also add other known servers manually, for example:

http://www.jazzrack.us/mods/ootpmods/ootp9.xml
