I may have the game enter the UA teams into the AA and then delete the UA teams and put the players in the free agency pool. Those players would all be rookies. I could then move them acording to history. But I may just set the UA up as another league.
I use human manager for teams as well but I give AI control over lineups. I don't allow AI to make roster changes. Otherwise expansion teams will sign the wrong players. I do find that I have to select let the AI choose pitching staff or else the wrong pitcher may be chosen.
