On the end of each year one can increase his attributes based on points earned...

The question is which attributes are the most important the adjust to win? As a HC is it the tactics and ingame tactics? I have a very good coaching set up but get very low numbers ( Offense/defends/PP and PK )in my first years as a HC, rarely have coaching advantage.

As a GM I tend to try to get to 20 in my negotiating skill. Does this makes me better at trading? Can I pull of a trade with that skill easier that if my skill is 12? Or does that help with getting players sign for less money... thus leaving me with more cap space?
