Got 13 a few weeks ago and decided to check out the world_default file. After looking around I came across Uganda and it had no cities listed for it, so I did a search for Kampala (it's capital) and found it in Fiji. After looking a bit more it looks as though any country with a "state" called Northern or Central has the cities located in Fiji and countries with "states" called Eastern or Western the cities are in American Samoa. Also the cities in Littoral, Cameroon are located in Littoral, Benin and I see some cities in Sud, Cameroon that might belong in another country. That's as far as I've gotten so far but I'm sure there are more.

I looked around a bit in this forum section but didn't see this mentioned yet.
