Same problem here also, I bought the store box game and tech support was working on the problem and then all of a sudden i couldn't get a response. Since Best Buy would not take the item back, i simply asked tech support to give me a license and let me download the game from there website? I offered to give them the game back along with the recpt. but never got an answer....
