If OOTP entered into any kind of contract with Strategy First, then decided not to support paying customers because of a disagreement with the company, it is pretty clear that OOTP is in the wrong.
As it stands, paying customers are suffering because of a fight between two companies, and those customers have every right to be annoyed.
