Philip Walter "Lefty" Weinert colorized with the Philadelphia Phillies. While researching this project, I found the original image as wa posted at the online Jewish Baseball Museum (
http://jewishbaseballmuseum.com/play...lefty-weinert/) The image when clicked on, displays "with son" Weinert played with the Phils from 1919 through 1924 starting at age 17. If this is indeed Lefty's son it is highly doubtful that this image is from his playing career, not to mention that he appears older here than his days with the Phillies would imply.. Nevertheless, I enjoyed working the image. I have also colorized Winert with the Chicago Cubs, that image can be found here:
