Basic rules and Concept:
The season will be 90 games it will run from October to December (again to mimic the warmer temps in the region)
Scouting will be on - set to Normal
All numbers will be 1-20 - No Stars
No Coaching
No Dh (ugh !)
25 man roster - 25 reserves - As some of these teams had from 20+ to 40+ it allowed players to come and go - So no minors but reserves
No draft - Players will show up as free agents - There will be no real players these will all be fictional players and all either caribbean or negro league type players
No playoffs - only division winner
