I've been playing OOTP11 and i see OOTP 12 has arrived. Obviously would like to upgrade but not if i lose my fictional league.

Is there an organic way to transfer data to OOTP12? And does data from OOTP 11 (such as player of week, all star selection etc) show up from games played pre ootp12 (in the player profile screen).

Must i use a third party app to effectuate the transfer? Any guidance would be helpful.
