Most of these guys just had no nationalities set in the db, which means the game gives them random ones or none. I've fixed everyone mentioned.
One thing, on guys like Jason Bell, if they work for a team but in a position we don't have in the game, we'll set guys like that as fa's just to get them in the game/db.
We really should go through and comprehensively add all the MLB staff from positions that aren't in OOTP into the db as free agents at some point.
It's one of the things to do which never quite seems to move up to the top spot on the to-do list
