The Big Leagues League Office released the 1980 All-Star Game rosters this morning. Some last minute ballot box stuffings have changed the starters at a couple positions. Here are the rosters (players with an asterisk next to their name are the starters at each position):

The game will be held on June 25th at the Toney Bowl in Philadelphia.
Very exciting to have five Mallards players selected to the All-Star team this season, including four in the starting lineup.
- Juan Leyva - this will be his third trip to the All-Star game.
- Ron Schwartz - a last minute surge in votes for Ron propelled him into the starting catcher slot. This will be his third trip to the All-Star Game.
- Richie Swan - also a starter in the game. This will be his first trip, but I'm sure will not be his last.
- Ian Auld - starting as well in the All-Star game. This will be Ian's third trip to the All-Star game.
- Pete Grier - also starting. Pete's third trip as well.
