Can't add draft pick to trade
Hello!
When trying to make trades I can't add picks in round 4 from my trade partners. This is year specific (2020) but can add round 4 in the 2021 draft for example.
Play with Devils, whom have 2 picks in the 2020 draft in round 4.
Are there any rules I've missed?
