4) In PD, move overall morale down to, well, morale.

This goes to one of my points, which is to start really taking advantage of higher resolutions....as it stands now, OOTP layout is for the smallest resolution which was used ten years ago. I think by taking advantage of this extra space, there are so many better possibilities.
