...I've simmed 3 seasons and there hasn't been one trade in the nhl that has involved a draft pick...mostly one for one trades or player/prospect for player trades.

the junior leagues are a little better. there have been a bunch of trades involving draft picks (especially 1st and 2nd rounders) but in the third season the AI has mostly traded 6th or 7th rounders only.

...these were similar issues that i saw in fhm 14 had with trading.
