the "worth" of a particular card comes from the level at which a buyer is willing to buy and a seller is willing to sell.
the "worth" of the Maddux card is going lower because you have anxious sellers. and no one is buying at 320. that card will sell for less than 300 in the next week.

Every top guy already has Maddux is the other issue. So there's no buyers left.
I could make Maddux be a top 3 pitcher, but I don't want to adjust factors like you said. Need a specific style and he becomes dominant.
