Yep, MLB Live cards in PT 2.0 (OOTP20) go up and down (this is the forum for PT 1.0, btw, in which the live cards didn't do that). I'm not sure if the ratings will lock at the end of the 2019 season. My guess is yes, as PT 3.0 will come out in 2020, but that's only a guess
