People will create leagues, with websites and all kinds of good stuff (as with OOTP)
They'll likely post in the forum here (and maybe other places) looking for GMs for teams in their league. Most people don't have 30 friends waiting to go.
When you see a league that looks interesting follow the thread and sign up.
