AL Wild Card Preview #1

So here we have it, our previews for the Wild Card series. Under "top batters" and "top pitchers", I list every player on that team who is in the top 7 in a stat in the leaderboards of the game in their league (for pitchers, starters and relievers are seperate, and for batters, fielding positions don't matter). Bolded stats are stats where he leads his league in that category.

Series Preview from the Game:

The Highlanders had a pythagorean W-L of 99-63, second in the majors only to the Giants, who had a 100-62 expectancy. And as you can see, it wasn't by accident. The Highlanders have quite the big boppers in their lineup, namely Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig. While their offense is their strength, it's not like the Highlanders can't pitch either. They have a good-enough rotation, and a closer in Al Orth who has blown 4 saves all year. Meanwhile, the pale Hose's main strength is their pitching, but as you could see in the division tiebreaker, it can meltdown when met with a good offense like the Philadelphia Athletics. In the end, I don't think the Pale Hose will be able to hold up against the Highlanders.
Prediction: Highlanders in 4
