There are four spring ballparks listed the way TX stated to try to change them. Did you change all four ? also did it auto revert to the new stadium you changed to when you played a 3d spring game ?
Sorry for the questions, but I've wanted to change the spring parks also and want to make sure i follow the correct procedure.
