Are you giving your RB enough carries? The OL work as a unit. So if your other libemen are rubbish at RB they won't open holes and will allow defenders penetrate in the backfield. Maybe u need to gove him a different short of runs. Playbook tailored to your team strengths is very important. And a Premium OL is mandatory in FOF8.
