Roger Rojas leads off with a single and goes to 3rd on a hit by Otis Smith. David Shropshire strikes out. Manny Rivera strikes out. John Pauley strikes out!!!

Bottom of the Fourth:
Jeff Schottler and Phil Parker start us off with a pair of singles, but Eddie Thomas grounds into a 6-4-3 double play. Schottler goes to 3rd. P Frank Martin draws a walk and then Omar Flores beats out an infield hit and Schottler scores! 5 to 0, Beavers! That sends P Don Polcha packing... New Pitcher: Bob Martz (24-R).
