Or both?* The Owner, GM, and Coaches plan to decide on their decisions. Expect some last minute moves regardless.

Regular Season | January to March 1st 2017| Outlook:

Players
(+) Kovalchuk's offense of the last few months has slightly decreased, but still on a good pace of a 70pt season. Currently he has 16G, 37A, and 53PTS in all 68 Games played. As long as Kovalchuk can keep up the offensive threat, he will no doubt in my mind easily hit that Plato.
(+) Viktor Arvidsson, our 24yr old 5'9, 193lb Right Winger hasn't been much of a discussion in the beginning of the season. He's changed that as he's the teams top Goal Scorer with 20. Also has the second most pts on the team (42) 11pts behind Kovalchuk. Another big marker is the fact 12 of those points have been power play points (6G, 6A). For his 3rd season in the NHL he's already hit his highest Goals and Points contribution and has another 14 games to go to add to it. (2015-2016 season w/ Nashville: 56GP, 8G, 8A,16PTS, 2016-2017 season w/ Nashville: 81GP, 11G, 24A, 35PTS).
(+/-)James Neal since being acquired has had a great showing in the games he has played for the Elite Bulldogs. He's played 27 games with the team and has recorded 15G, 8A, for 23PTS and a +/- of +11.
He contributed the same amount of points with Nashville before coming over, except it was in 36 games and he was a -4. So he's shown comfort in his play here. He's missed 2 weeks of hockey though with injury's which is the only downer. When in the roster, he has produced with high quality.
(-) Zemgus Girgensons & Nick Bonino along with a few others have really been missing their spark with the team. They've either underperformed, been injured far too much, or both. GM Terence Baker has been considering some movements that would involve sending them out, but has yet to see an offer worth pulling the trigger. Time will tell.
(Overall): Though some disappointing shows from some, a lot of names have outshined and over performed by most expectations. To name a few would be Viktor Arvidsson, Cody Eakin, Marco Scandella and so on. I personal think that GM Terence Baker will want to pull out some stops to make a serious push, and prove that in just one year at the helm of one of the newest teams in the league, that they're serious about the future!

Goalies
(+)Mason has been the rock needed for this team. He's played in 56 starts and currently hold a 29-18-5 record and has a GAA of 2.42 (4th Best in the NHL) and a SV% of .918 (3rd in the NHL) for "Starting" Goalies. Mason's play without a doubt is one of the reason this under rated team at the beginning of the season is currently sitting 14pts ahead of the 8th place team in a playoff spot. (currently 5th in the conference).
(+) Al Montoya has only played in 16 games, which is why his stats weren't considered into the NHL ratings of stats, but he has been the back up like we've said all season "every team would want". Montoya has a record of 8-7-1 which again doesn't look great on paper. His GAA is 2.00 and has a SV% of .923 which are the stats that are greatly standing out.
(Overall) The Duo continues to be the heart of this team after months of wondering if it were just a fluke. They've proven they're the real deal, and will need to continue that to the end of the season, and possibly a hopeful playoff run.
