To get these logos to work for you is very simple just follow these steps:
1. Place logos in iOOTP2012.app/iOOTPData/logos
2. Start new game
3. Randomize nicknames 3 times
4. Choose whatever team you prefer
5. Save game
6. Close game out completely (very important) make sure it's not running in background
7. Restart iOOTP 2012
8. Hit Continue Game button
9. You have your logos
Every game you now start will have the logos, no need to place them anywhere else. Save these to a separate place as well because with an update you will lose them, just place them back in following the update so you have them again. Hope this helps, the logos I think look fantastic.
