I just added an "Email Reset Password" feature to the
help page of the IOLD. Now the entire process is automated. You don't have to wait for me and I don't have to do it manually every time. You do need to have an email address already listed in the record for it to work though and you need to have access to that email address. If you still need a reset password for some reason, you can of course still ask for a manually set one.
