I made 90 team cuostom league with different countries and set foreigns limit to 10. I set main country to Greenland and greenland players to 0.

It creates succesfully players to teams with correct nations. However it makes them not speak, language where they are form like turkish/spanish. their names are example Jonas Andersson, from Spanish (swedish speaking) and Risto Korhonen, from Turkey (finnish speaking). Like I have teams from Spain and Turkey but none of those players don't speak spanish or turkish and their names don't even sounds spanish or turkish names.

There are not good playoffs rules with 3 divisions. NHL/ECHL playoffs ignores the third division. 16 per conference works, but it might be like only one in division makes the playoffs or if it very balanced division and other divisions have four teams with more points then none of that balanced division makes the playoffs.
