those are the core of the league stats (actually, the ratios amongst them) and yes, changing those numbers directly affects your league stats.
if you wish to change league stats by using those numbers, INCREASE the number (4104 >>> 4507) to DECREASE the stats, but i suggest you use the modifiers instead. IMO, they are much easier to use.
