Montreal Canadiens (18-12-1) at Minnesota Wild (14-14-1)

The Canadiens continue to look to find a way to break the slump, they have to do it on back to back nights. Montreal has fallen into 5th spot in the Eastern Conference, 10 points behind the Bruins for 1st, but only 4 points out of 9th. Montreal ranks 29th on the PP with a woeful 8.3 % success rate. They rank 2nd in the NHL with a 88.2% PK rate.

RW Adrian Andersson is a 20 year old from Vasteras, SWE. Considered a power forward, the blue chip prospect is a strong physical player. Currently Andersson is playing RW on the 2nd line being used in a set up man role. Andersson was the Canadiens 1st round, 7th overall pick in the 1982 NHL Entry Draft. Andersson made his Canadiens debut on November 3rd, 1983. He won the QMJHL's 1982 Goal scorer award when he potted 52 for the Baie-Comeau Drakkar.
