Walkers news: June 7 -- Milwaukee 6, St. Louis 5

Milwaukee clocked St. Louis starter Luis Gohara for five runs in the first two inning and then held on for a 6-5 win to avoid a three-game sweep and stop the River Walkers' six-game win streak at Busch Stadium.
Justin Williams had an RBI single in the first inning.
The second inning saw Max Moroff drive in two with a double and Justin Upton a pair with a single, as the Keg Lifters grabbed a 5-0 advantage.
St. Louis tried to chip away.
Jin-hwan Chung's solo homer off Milwaukee reliever Juan Hillman int he sixth inning made it 5-4.
But Justin Smoak got that run back with an RBI double off Jake Diekman in the seventh.

St. Louis would not score again, as Milwaukee grabbed the win.
Carson Fulmer handled the first three innings for the Lifters, allowing three runs on six hits.
It took six relievers -- Juan Hillman (1.2 IP), Brad Roney (0.1), Joe Palumbo (1.0), Scott Alexander (0.0), Eduardo Jimenez (1.0) and Jose Alvarado (1.0) -- to finish the game out.
Alvarado pitched around a walk in the ninth to earn his 10th save.
