Tactical Help

I'm new to the game, and hockey in general, so I was hoping to get a bit of tactical advice on how I've set up my Pittsburgh Penguins. Offensively and defensively we seem to be doing OK—offensively usually around the 70 mark, and defensively around the 50 mark—but my Power Play and Penalty Killing ratings are often well down on the opposition's. I've done some research online to try and find out how the Penguins set these up IRL, but whilst I can find a ton of info on their lines, there appears to be very little on the special plays.

We've been doing OK so far, getting 3-2-2 in pre-season, and 2-1-0 in regular season, but I feel like we'd be doing better if I set things up a bit better tactically.

Here are some screenshots of how I've set things up thus far:

5 on 5

Power Play

Penalty Killing

4 on 4 / 3 on 3

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
