Basically the issue is that I can't go anywhere but the admin utility. If I click on development, for instance, I go nowhere. Same with every other link on the screen.

Any thoughts? Any idea how I can find my root html directory?

Generally if you have specific setup questions, shoot me a PM with the website info and where you put the .csv files. Usually can get issues like these resolved just from that.
