Real-Time Simulations and "Webcast" mode

I have searched through the forums on through Reddit, and cannot solve.

From the league "Scores" screen, the day's games are previewed prior to playing. For each one, the options are "Manage" or "Quick-Play". Fair enough. At the top menu, there are only the "Scores" and "Upcoming Schedule" options. Ok.

From the "Play" drop down menu, the options are to "Finish Today!", or play your scheduled game, if any, or do a Real-Time Simulation. The two options under RTS are to "Start RTS" or "Set up RTS".

Here is my issue, and I have seen others report it with no solution:

- When you go into RTS, the box scores for all the games appear and if they are in progress you will see only "Box score" as a link for the game. You can change the sim speed or pause, or play out the day instantly, but that's it.

- The screen goes to the "Scores" screen, but it's now called "LIVE SCORES". Two new options appear in the top menu: "Live Coverage!" (the default), and "Live Game Webcast".

- "Live Game Webcast" gives a blank page with only one message: "No game is selected, click WEBCAST on the game of your choice in the live coverage tab."

- However, there is NOT A WEBCAST link anywhere on the "Live Coverage!" tab.

What am I missing?

Also, if you try to manage a game, and let the AI play against the AI, that doesn't really do a real-time simulation. You will see the BNN network scores and it does play out the games, which is good, but there is no way to get those scores posted to the Real Time Simulation HTML page.

Help!
