Is your antivirus and trojan, worm protection updated? Because it sounds like you have some infection in the C:/Documents/Temp/Directories (I know it isnt right, but you get the idea) there. You might want to email
support@elicense.com about this issue and see if there is a fix for your elicense problem. It could be a elicense corrupted. They do have a diagnostic they can run for you to check.
