The Shiba League, an OOTP6 league founded in early 2002, is seeking owners for the Washington Senators and Baltimore Orioles. We've recently done a bit of housekeeping and are trying to attract owners who might actually submit a lineup from time to time.

* The league uses historical players and is currently in the 1964-65 offseason.

* Financials are on. In fact, they're screwed down pretty tight. Most owners would agree that being financially prudent is one of the biggest success/failure factors in the league.

* Scouts/coaches are turned off.

* We currently have East and West divisions.

* In order to shake things up a bit, I've proposed some changes to the league, which you can view here.

* During the season, we sim on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays -- typically two weeks' worth of games per sim.

* Owning the game is mandatory.
