Your response and suggestions are helpful.

I have my ID number...sent them the info...and will call today if they don't solve this by e-mail.

I have two hard drives...I use Drive D as a backup...Drive C is the one that had to be replaced.

I think I am going to back up the game on cd's...just to cover all the bases, so to speak. (sorry, pun intended)

statfreak: I managed to open the game while on the internet and the firewall kept it from being licensed...I think. I got warnings saying something was trying to connect and to not allow it.
