Possibly we can have 2 - 3 GMs from each league join all working together one one team. We can probably try to simulate real life, each GM will have a certain role. 1 will be the GM, 1 will be heard scouting director (or maybe 1 for batting scouts and 1 for pitching scouts) and then 1 manager.
For this to work good, we could set up the league with NO RATINGs at all and we'd have to judge players by stats.
When all said and done, we'll be able to see which league has the best GMs
