Well, that is up to Stacy. Stacy has the web space, so we need to get a website rolling.

I think we should start off with 20 teams, and be very picky when selecting GMs. We need to make sure to only select the best, of the best. We should def. start hiring GMs, after we have had the computer do a fanatasy draft. That way, we can see how good these GMs really are.

Each league should nominate a couple GMs, with the GMs permission of course, and then we could select from that.

This idea has a lot of potential. We need to get things rolling with a website.
