You can try to turn direct 3d off... go to the start menu and the Out of the park developments/OOTP 6 folder - lauch the game configuration (don't worry, the title will say "ootp5" but it is for OOTP6). Toggle the 3D mode to "disabled" and then click apply.
Give that a shot...
