Maybe that's so, but remember, everyone's got to start somewhere.
You can always show your stuff and ask for suggestions or tips on how to improve the work that you do. Everyone has different ideas and styles which they bring to the table, and that is a very useful basis for discussion and inspiration.
A lot of making a good logo is simply knowing the program you're using well, and knowing how to get the most out of it. It certainly helps if you have some level of innate artistic or design skill, but one can always look at real-world logos for ideas and concepts if creating something completely from scratch seems a daunting prospect.
