I went to create a fictional league. Heres what i did;

1) Created custom league
2) I edited the cities to my likeing and what not
3) Generated league

The players came up had no ratings, no talents or anything, i dont know what went wrong but its done it 4 times in a row. I have imported Real Rosters before and those work fine.

The modifiers are all set to 0% by default, i assume thats right?

any help would be great!
