I took the file that Jofre and provided on Parker and did some play testing with him. I made up a schedule with quite a few of his opponents that are rated in the game along with a selection of other fighters I got that look as close as I can tell by records to the rest of the opponents. This rating of Parker would seem to be very good. After a few hundred quick sims, the only thing I did was up his ChinvsKD to 4 from the 3 that it was. that pulled his number times (4) that he was stopped in pretty good. His Wins wanted to tend to be 1 or 2 more then real but his KO's kept coming out almost right on at 24 to 25. I added some bio info also.
