A few more things:

I find it useful to use the smudge tool to kind of "smush" things into position. If, say, a beard isn't quite wide enough for the face, you can use the smudge tool to smudge it a little wider. Gives the beard a little different look so everyone's Lincoln beard isn't exactly the same. Same technique works wonders for some of the hair styles. You can smudge them a little more strait or a little more curly or a little narrower behind the head and you get a significantly different look.

I plan to do more stuff for the fro's and dreads but it isn't going well. If/when I do get something, I'll post it.
