I've got fifty bucks* that says that nothing more will be said about a new patch/update for the next month or two, and then ultimately we'll get a message from Markus around February or March that doesn't specifically say anything about a patch but implies that this is the finished version. Then a handful of people will freak out, a handful of others will flame them for ever having the temerity to suggest that OOTP is anything other than divinely inspired, Steve will step in and offer to speak to Markus, Markus will come along and wonder why everyone is so upset, then will offer to put in a little extra time to fix a few final issues and about three weeks later a rather half-assed fix of some of the most glaring bugs will come out.
That's why I'm bitching big-time about the ones that bother me most. I want them to be among the fixes in the half-assed final patch.
