Additional Comments: This started as a dynasty thread in the ootp dynasty forum. We use historical teams, settings & rules but fictional players. Now that real GM's are managing teams, we use the rules real MLB teams used at this point in time. IOW, trading is very restricted between leagues, but as time goes on, it grows more lax. We will expand just like MLB did, free agency will begin when it did IRL, etc.
