Well, if you want, you could email me the .dat files, and I will create a new league and post a screenshot of the standings. Because you can't do it without a web server.
Just select all of the .dat files in your OOTP6/LEAGUENAME.lg folder (press and hold the Ctrl button on the keyboard, and select each one individually), then right-click on one of the files, go down to where it says WinZip, and select 'Add to LEAGUENAME.lg.zip'
