I dont know a lot about baseball history, so I'm not sure whether there ARE any of these, but how about guys from no-longer-existing teams? Teams that were contracted, I mean, not moved and renamed.
Maybe make up both of the remaining two teams from the negro leagues. Not sure how to divide them up tho, and as you said, putting the ratings together would be tough.
