Goose - looks like Degal is listed at AAA as off 3/2/1949. I would really bump him up to the Majors before Spring Training. Like talent levels getting bumps during the season (more for major league players than minor league players), I tended to see more development in spring training for guys in the majors than in the minors.

I'd also start pushing Ulrich as a SP. He's 24 with loads of potential (9/9 studd/movement). Six years in the minors is just wasting him away. Melzer and Guilderson are old goats at this point. Guilderson's 4.43 ERA wasn't all that great, but the run support gave him a 15-10 record. Even Crowell at 36 is getting up there.

With that great offense, you need to start using that #4 spot to break in the next generation of studd pitchers. You probably could float one young pitcher each year taking his lumps in the #4 spot in the hopes/expectation that in the following year he'd be settled and ready to move up to the #3 role. Faucette's another one to sort out.
