Ok, so me and a couple of friends set up our own league with OOTP where we sim the games and such. Anyway, were in the offseason, and it looks as if a lot of us lost most of the money we had for Free Agents, and all the CPU controlled teams have increased their FA spending by millions. I am just wondering what effects this budget. Also, is there a way to go into the files of the game and edit the money and such. Also, Auto Re-signs are signed automatically right? You dont have to do anything? These may seem like stupid questions, but this is my first time through an OOTP offseason, thanks.
