I do a few things.

For middle releivers, each spring I take one or two off stamina(based on their grade in their profile) and apply it to control, velocity, or stuff(based on their profile again).

For starters, I do the same. Anybody with a stamina of B or A, I usually take one or two and put it to stuff and control.

So far, so good. I've drafted two Cy Young winners and I have a pretty good crop of 2 and three guys.

My best advice - during spring, look at everybody's stamina AND ratings, and mix and match. If a guys has a huge velocity, take a point away and put it somewehre else. If he gives up no walks and strikes out a ton, takke a point off and put it somewehre else.

It's all mix and match, and honestly, I look forward to the offseason more so than the season itself
