....checked each individual team's injury news reports for the three dates of the season mentioned above: June 16, June 17, June 29...to see if any minor league injuries were handled correctly by the game on those days.

It turns out that there were two (non day-to-day) injuries in the minor leagues on those days and that those two injuries were handled correctly by the game...there were a couple of minor league day-to-day injuries but those have all expired by June 30 so there is no way to see if those were correctly handled.
